I have some acne scars on my face. After doing some research on acne scar treatment I found out that silicone sheets can be used for acne scar removal and I was wondering if anyone has used them in the past and if they really work.

Over the counter scar medicine MEDERMA its the best and it really works i heals my acne scars and my C-section scar.
My girlfriend has had great success treating scars with a derma roller.
It is basically a skin roller with tiny pins in it which tickle when you roll it over your skin. Scars are often due to a lack of collagen in the skin – which makes skin smooth, supple and tight – but a derma roller triggers your skin's natural healing process to generate more collagen.

Last year i fell druing a track race and i scraped up the whole side of the body, my body scares easlily and not to help with that i had to go to prom in 3 weeks or so. I used the Neosporin Silicone Sheets till prom on my shoulder and i have seen improvement from the silicon. I would recomend this especialy if it is a new scar and is red. It helps a lot to use Vitamin E on the scar and message it to break up the dead tissues so blood flow and repair the skin.
